Wayne Rooney stole the limelight yesterday morning(Singapore Time) as he scored a brace to secure a 3-1 win over Belarus. However, Emile Heskey, Steven Gerrard, Frank Lampard and Gareth Barry all put in splendid efforts and David Beckham also got his 107th cap for England.

England Trashes Kazakhstan, Wayne Rooney On Fire

England trashed Kazakhstan on Monday morning(Singapore Time) 5-1 as Wayne Rooney smashed in two goals on the 77th and 86th minute. Rio Ferdinand opened the scoring on the 52nd minute with Aleksandr Kuchma putting the ball into his own net 13 minutes later. With Rooney on such ferocious form and with Gerrard and Lampard giving dsmal performances, Manchester united looks set to win three consecutive EPL titles this season.
